Literary Forms Ode Quiz : An ode is a lyric poem usually marked by exaltation of feeling and style, varying length of line, and complexity of stanza forms. ( Merriam Webster). Ode was basically used in ancient Greece in public setting for purpose of celebration.
Types of Ode
There are three types of Ode : Pindaric Ode, Horatian Ode and Irregular Ode.
