RBSE Class 10 English Model Paper 2024

As you all know RBSE Class 10 English question Paper 2024 is of total 80 marks. The question paper has 4 parts. Students have to solve all the questions in the given time of 3:15 hours. RBSE Class 10 English Paper 2024 Pdf Download

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education is conducting the RBSE Class 10 English Question Paper 2024 on 7th March 2024. The RBSE 10th class English paper 2024 will be held on 7 March 2024 from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM.

RBSE Class 10 English Question Paper 2024 Pattern

There will be total 19 questions divided into 4 sections ( SECTION – A, B, C & D). Section A deals with Reading aspect. There will be 2 unseen passage carrying 6 & 9 marks respectively. In first unseen passage there will be 6 multiple choice type questions. 2nd unseen passage consists of 9 questions, 7 questions are short answer type and in last two questions students have to choose synonym and antonym of the given words from the passage.

Section B is about writing ( letter writing/application writing/e-mail writing, Story Writing, Short Paragraph Writing). Section C deals with grammar ( Tenses, Narration, Subject verb Agreement, Passive Voice, Framing Question & Question Tag). And in the final Section (Section D
) there will be questions from the text books.

4. Write a story with the help of the given outline in about 80 words. Give the title and moral to it.

Answer : Union is Strength

Once upon a time, there lived a farmer in a village. He had four sons. They used to quarrel with one another. He often advised them not to quarrel, but it was all in vain. This made him so sad. He fell ill. He thought his end was near. He sent for his sons. When they came, he asked one of them to bring some sticks and tie them into a bundle. He asked his sons to break the bundle. They tried hard one by one but failed to break the bundle. The farmer then untied the bundle. He gave one stick to each of his sons. He asked them to break the sticks. Each son broke the sticks easily. The farmer then advised them that if they were united like sticks, no one would harm them.They took his advice and began to live peacefully.

Moral: Union is strength.

5. Write a paragraph in about 80 words on ‘Annual Function of your school’.

Answer : Annual Function of My School

The annual function of our school was celebrated on 2nd February. The ACBEO was the chief guest of the function. He presided over the function and gave away prizes to the winners. Preparations for the annual function were made a few days in advance. The school building was white-washed. The main hall was decorated. People who were invited started coming to attend the function. The chief guest arrived. He was welcomed and garlanded by the school Principal. The Principal read out the Annual Report of our school. The chief guest gave away prizes to the students. He congratulated the Principal and staff on the progress made by the school. The Principal thanked the chief guest and the function came to a close with the singing of the National Anthem of our nation.

Section – C (Grammar)
